The answer to this question depends heavily on your local job market. I recommend doing some SAP job searches in your location to get an idea on where to study.

As a general rule, FICO is a high demand topic. It requires some understanding of accounting before you approach the SAP-specific content. An SAP Finance certification track is not yet available for free yet either
