SAP Billing block Fn Module

Dear Experts,

Is there any SAP standard function module/ BAPI to remove billing block from a sales order.

We have a business process, scuh that when the process is successfully executed we need to remove the billing block on the sales order.

Any advice would be appriciated.

Also can you provide me any BAPI/ Function module that kicks of MB01(or its functionality), once the S.O billing block is removed, and an invoice is created.
