Provide Additional help on MAKT table

Dear All

I have added one custom field ZMAKTX - long description in MAKT table.

I need to provide F4 help on Material number by long description (ZMAKTX)... along with those already exist.

meaning,

When user prss F4 on MATNR table anywhere, my newly added help should also be included in that collective help.

Can someone help me the steps to create the same..
