How to Delete SAP Note From SNOTE

Hi,

I downloaded/Implemented one note into our systme Using SNOTE. Now i want to Delete that downloaded Note.

If i Right click on the note and press Delete, then it is deleted again if click refresh That Note is appearing again.

So Plese let me know there is any process to Delete the Note from SNOTE.

Hi,

For undoing the not created with SNOTE do this

- Selec the note you want to reverse in SNOTE

- Select menu "<b>Note --> Cancel SAP Note Implementation</b>" ( or buttons Ctrl + F2 ).

I downloaded 10 Notes, in that 5 is implemented and remainig 5 is just downloaded not implemented. Here i want to delete 5 downloaded notes Only.

please let me know the process.

once u download notes , u cannt delete Notes from Ur system , they will be alive in ur system , but u can revert back Implemetation of Notes.

I also wanted to delete inconsistent Snotes from the list in trans SNOTE. After some research i learned that you can only deimplement SNotes which you already implemented in your system.

To fysically delete your SNotes from the system is impossible.

Hello

There really is no need to delete notes that have been donwloaded but not implemented.

There are not implemented, they are not part of your system.

If you want you can set the processing status to 'Not relevant' to indicate that you do not think

that these notes should be imnplemented. (goto SAPNote -> Set propcessing status)

Now it´s possible with the function module SCWB_NOTE_DELETE.

Inform the sap note number and delete it.

Hi,

After you implement a note you might have saved in one request. Now go to version management and activiate the earlier request in which the note was implemented. Then the note you applied will get over written by the previous version.

do this way...Select the OSS Note number u want to delete...and do cancel SAP Note Implementation.....The note gets deleted.
