HI ALL
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO GET CUSTOMER NAME FROM ADDR1_DATA SINCE I HAVE OTHER TABLES TO USE IS VBAK, KUAGV, VBKD AND RV45A AND THESE TABLES DOES NOT HAVE ANY MATCHING FIELD TO FETCH RELEVENT DATA.
WHAT IS FIELD LINK BETWEEN ADDR1_DATA AND OTHER TABLES SO THAT I CAN FETCH NAME FROM ADDR1_DATA.
THANX IN ADVANCE.

ADDR1_DATA is a structure, you will need table ADRC to get the fields you are looking for. If you have a customer number first read table KNA1 to get field ADRNR, tis is then the key for tabel ADRC.

hi Rocky,
in VBAK you should have KUNNR (customer number), than:
VBAK-KUNNR = KNA1-KUNNR (KNA1 is customer master, general data)
KNA1-ADRNR = ADRC-ADDRNUMBER (ADRC is address master, however many data you can find in KNA1 as well).
hope this helps

Hi Rocky,
Just select your data from table KNA1 using KUNNR (most of the address data is already contained in this table) or use FM ADDR_GET_COMPLETE with the field ADRNR of KNA1.

Rocky,
Use your order number to get partner data from VBPA. You will have to ensure you use the correct partner type: sold-to, ship-to etc. KUAGV also should have ADRNR populated as well and you might not have to do the VBPA select.
Use field VBPA-ADRNR to do a call to ADDR_GET.
You will have to fill in the address_selection importing parameter of the ADDR_GET function module.
Best Regards,
Chris H.
