GRR3 short dump

Hello,

Could you please help me with this issue..?

Namely, when i run T_code GRR3, i received short dump:

"MESSAGE_TYPE_X" C

"SAPLOLEA" or "LOLEAU02"

"AC_SYSTEM_FLUSH"

-

---

The termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPLOLEA" in "AC_SYSTEM_FLUSH".

The main program was "SAPMKES1 ".

The termination occurred in line 29 of the source code of the (Include)

program "LOLEAU02"

of the source code of program "LOLEAU02" (when calling the editor 290).

Does someone maybe had similar problem?

Hi

It could be a problem on your gui, so you can try to installe it again, anyway try to check SAP note:

1603032 - Dump with MESSAGE_TYPE_X in SAPLOLEA and AC_SYSTEM_FLUSH and LOLEAU02

Once saw this everywhere in the installation....was an out-of-date GUI, too old for the version of R/3 that had just be added via upgrade. This is a GUI installation error. Remove and reinstall current version that is applicable to your R/3 version.

Hi,

We found that problem was with doubled libraries in GRR3. Problem is found via tracing (note 637844). In our production system during update of report painter one library is doubled and application screen could not be started because of it...

Now, we have problem that could not reproduce error in test system in order to test deleting of library....Has someone similar issue?

Hi,

1) You should first ensure that SAP GUI is correctly installed on the affected client(s). Run an installation check for SAP GUI according to note 1099439. If the NwCheckWorkstation.exe reports error(s) please re-install SAP GUI.

2) The latest SAP GUI patch level for your SAP GUI version should be used (to check your SAP GUI version/patch level => Open SAP Logon => About SAP Logon). Please check in the SAP Service Marketplace for the latest available patch.

3) If SAP GUI is correctly installed and you are already using the latest SAP GUI patch, please activate an Automation trace as described in note 158985 and open a SAP support message providing a detailed step-by-step example to replicate the issue in your system. Depending on the faulty control, additional trace component selection may be required.

4) If the MESSAGE_TYPE_X error occurs when displaying a user menu in SAP Easy Access or role menu in the profile generator, the dump references the program "SAPLSMTR_NAVIGATION ". You should proceed according to notes 362883 & 357693 .

Hi,

We tried access from different PC-s , including with newest SAP GUI versions but short dump appears anyway...

Problem is multiplied library ZCS in GRR3... We are now investigating how to delete it whitoout making more dubious problems...
