Hi,

you can get posid in table prps and in prps you have pspnr which you can query with ekkn with the field ps_psp_pnr to get the purchase orders.

thanks.

identify WBS element from project and query it with ekkn field - ps_psp_pnr , then you can further move to ekko/ekpo.

Please check this Table RESB. Here you have Project Number PROJN and Purchase related data BANFN and all other Order related data AUFNR.

Please have a look into this table. Then you can drill down to tables PROJ, CAUFV, RESB, EKPO, EBAN, EKKO, EKBN etc.... Hope this helps

Hi,

1> If you have internal project description (pspnr) in table PROJ you can get the corresponding external project description in PRPS (filed pspid) for this pspnr In EKKN you have field ps_psp_pnr. Using this field you can get purchase order document.

thanks.

Suggested steps

  • Get the whole project hierarchy objects list (e.g. PROJ->PRPS->AUFK via foreign key relations or FM like GET_PROJECT_HIERARCHY or GET_PS_OBJECTNUMBER)
  • Cross the list of object with table EKKN for WBS and Orders.
  • Then join with EKKO, EKPO, EKBE, etc.

Regards,

Raymond
