Different TRKORR values in Transport Request table E070 and E071

Hi Experts,

How to establish a relationship between E070 and E071 tables? These are transport request header and transport request object entries table. The key for E070 is TRKORR(Request No.) and E071 is TRKORR and AS4POS( Dict. Line item)respectively. The data in E070-TRKORR is different than E071-TRKORR AS E070 stores the main request no. in TRKORR and E071 stores the sub request no.s of the main one.

How to fetch details of both the TRKORRs as they are not having the same data in the table.

Regards,

Sangeeta.

Best way to read resquest details is to use FMs. You could use the FMs avalilabe in Function Group STRH

Check with the FMs like TRINT_READ_REQUEST, TR_READ_REQUEST.

Hi sangeeta,

1. We dont get it directly

2. in E070 table,

there is one more field

STRKORR

3. It will contain the

MAIN REQUEST NUMBER

if the record is a task.

4. If it is Blank,

then the number if the main request number.

5. In E071,

we will only find TASKS.

6. Eg.

GRDK901040 = MAIN REQUEST NUMBER

GRDK901041 = Task inside it

7. Then E070 will contain entries 2 like this :

GRDK901040 W D GRQ CUST AMIT_ABAP 07.08.2006 11:53:39

GRDK901041 Q D CUST AMIT_ABAP 07.08.2006 11:58:17 GRDK901040
