IDoc BATMAS03 is creating in our system when a goods receipt is completed, and I'm not sure why. (Obviously someone set this up, but the IDocs are not going anywhere so I want to turn it off.) I see in transaction BD52, BATMAS is set up with an entry MCHA - LWEDT (along with several other MCHA entries), which might lead me to believe this is what is causing the problem. But I also see an entry for VFDAT and so I would assume when I change the expiration date in MSC1N I should trigger an IDoc - but this does not happen. Also, I don't see an entry in table CDHDR for the batch when the GR is completed, so there must be something more to it.
Can anyone help me out with the configuration change necessary to turn this IDoc off?
Thanks,
Mike

Hi,
Please go to transaction BD50 to deactivate message type BATMAS change pointer.

There are 125 entries in BD50, some switched on, some off. But, unfortunately BATMAS is not even listed!
Also, I should mention - I'm not positive these IDocs are generated when the GR is done. (It's just that the LASTGRDATE date field on the IDoc is the only relevent field populated.)

Hi,
It is strange ... without listed as active in BD50 still generating BATMAS IDoc.
Is it possible to trace in your system which program/job that generate this IDoc?
Also try to deactive the partner profile and distribution model.

How do I deactivate the distribution model? I can't find it.

Hi,
Sorry ... I meant deactivate partner profile only.
For distribution model, you need to delete the message type and save.
