Execute RFBIDE00 from se38 with input file for customers it will create a batch session for you later you can process by sm35.for more help read document which provide by SAP for this program.

Next question is that, how to become real time, I mean when any parameter change ( Credit limit, Risk catagory, blocked indicator), an event is to trigerred.
