Adding User to the distibution list

Hi all,

How to add an User and Mail id to the distribution list?

In SAP Business Workplace, one could go to Environment>Distribution Lists...I think I maintained there for SAP-based distribution lists. Of course, if you're sending to company Outlook, it's probably simpler to maintain the recipient list there.

Hi,

go to transaction SBWP. Then click on Distribution List. Here you can find the share / Private distribution list. To maintain your id to a distribution list double click on it and add it.\
