Hi,
Could you please let me know that Accelerated Data Migration Tool is being delivered in the latest versions of SAP or not?
Also please provide more information on this Tool.

No, it appears not.
Maybe look at alternatives:
http://www.sap.com/solutions/rapid-deployment/crm-data-migration-utilities/index.epx
Or I know BackOffice Associates (boaweb.com) offers something called "CranSoft" for quick data migration.
As far as what is offered within SAP, I think LSMW is the most common form of data migration.
