i made a z_xxx table

when i activate i get

"maintain and save technical setting for z_xxx"

i made "maintained aloowed""

Hi Yehiel,

In the se11 transaction, there is a button on the application toolbar (Called Technical settings) ctrlshiftf9.

press that button and give the Data Class and Size category and save it.

Yehiel,

There will be <b>TECHICAL SETTINGS</b> button in the <b>Application Tool bar</b>. click that anmd maintain the Settings(Select the respective options and Save it).

This will get rid of that Error.

you have an icon call Technical Settings. just press on it and enter the following information: data Class, SIze category.

Save.

go back to the main screen and activate

Hello Yehiel,

Technical Settings are something different. When you're in the change mode for the table in SE11, there's a button on the application toolbar called "Technical Settings". Click on that. you will go to a new screen where there are details like Data Class, Size Category and Buffering. Maintain appropriate values for these fields, save and then try to activate the table.

U might not have given the logical storage parameters in technical settings(Data class and size category).Please check.

Hi,

Go to technical settings and then specify data class and size category.Dont forget to press the revised<->active button on the application tool bar.Once you have done so you will get a pop message like 'Table screen created' afterwards you can start processing with your database table.Hope this will help you to solve this problem.If any other issue please let me know.
