XK02 - BDC

This is regarding BDC with transaction XK02.

When i see in XK02 transaction I see more fields than when i go to SHDB to record the same transaction i see less fields.Please help me how to record.

Hi,

Allways u can use SHDB recording to code u r bdc programs. Screens and fields displayed during SHDB recording are sufficient for BDC program coding.

hi kiran,

some transactions work differently in background (i. e. BDC) and in foreground. This is why you see difference. When youd do the recording in SHDB, tick 'Not a BI session', than you'll see the same screens (hopefully...).
