I'm trying to import the following WSDL file into our Netweaver 7.0 system (BASIS SP 14).
http://www.endicia.com/LabelService/EwsLabelService.asmx?WSDL
However, I get the following error:
Incorrect value: Target name space must be absolute URI
If I change all of the references of www.envmgr.com/LabelService to https://www.envmgr.com/LabelService I get this error:
Proxy-Generierung: Fehler aufgetreten
Exception occurred in library handler
Not implemented
Anyone have a clue on this? What support pack level do I need to be on?

Are you talking about the format and version of the XML file? i.e. version "1.0" and ecncoding "utf-8"
