Write_form is invalid Start_form is missing,

Hi,

There is one script print program. While executing the program is it giving error 'Write_form is invalid, Start_form is missing. In my print program there is no start_form. Where do i need to call the start_form and what are the parameters it required.

Can u please help me out.
