Workitem got deleted

Hi all,

We have a standard workflow implemented for Appropraition Request.

Issue is - there are 5 levels of approvers. first level approved and second level also got approved, but here the workitem got deleted (I dont know how it is got deleted). and the workflow is got stuck, i mean the workitem does not proceed further. So pls let me know how to proceed further, is there any solution.

Hi,

I did have problem before where the workflow got stuck due to server down, and it cause workflow does not proceed to next step. The solution is to run SWPC. You can give it a try.

If your work item is in error and you have fixed it, you can restart it using SWPR.

HI Lim,

I have checked with SWPC, i didnt find any workitem.

With SWPR, I have changed the workflow status to ERROR and then i restarted the workflow using SWPR tcode, then also it is not resolved.

Pls let me know is there any other solution.
