to add workflow components, but they have to be build first

This tab is used when you need to include a process. for example if the employee want to book a company vehicle and need the approval of the manager.

here again there are multiple ways --either its a single step process or a multistep process.

why its not "normaly" used i s because such proceeses may be already included in th ecorporation thru another process for example notes or paper work or emails
