workflow - object type

Hi All,

We have a field refered in the program, then using it for the notification through the workflow step. So, we created the task with the step assigned, followed by a notification.

The problem is, the field is not declared in the object type, and we can't include the field in the object type as per the design.

So, we are not able to pass the required data to the field. We need to know the link, to populate the field-value in the notification, without declaring the field in the object type.

We need to pass the data through the program and the subsequent workflow. Is that possible ?
