Workflow for Material Create

Dear All,

I am new to SAP workflow n i have a requirement to create a workflow for Material Create .

I have created workflow for Notification of Absence from SAP help as a practice.

But not able to do it for material create because i dont know the methods n all for that.

Please guide me in this .

If anybody have any documentation for workflow for material master, it will be a big help for me.

Hi Manik,

For your requirement the BOR is,

BUS10001

You can use the Event "Created".

So whwn ever the material is created the workflow will get triggered.

Hi,

Do like this ...

goto Tcode PFTC ...select Workflow Template.. then give this number <b>99900319</b>

clcik on the display button on the application tool bar.

then under the BASIC DATA tab .. there is Workflow Builder push button... also u can modify the BOR object BUS1001 ..which is under the Triggering tab..

sit with ur Functional Guy ... understand what excatly u have to do .. .. then start making changes to the BOR object & Workflow.
