workflow error : Function Module does not meet workflow conventions

hello gurus...

i am getting an error while assigning function module to rule assignment, in the transaction PFAC_INS i choose defintion : Agent determination - function to be executed under rule definition and i created my own function module, but when i press enter it gives error as Function Module does not meet workflow conventions.. Y is dat??

is there some different function modules.. help it's urgent.

this function module must have special interface...

look at long text of this error message...
