hi,

youn should give the responsible agent in agents with input bos . you ve select the type and give your agent accordingly.

possible agent in -> click agent assignment-> attributes --> choose general task or forward another task....

Hi,

If your step type is activity means,

1. Go to control tab -> Agent assignment --> enter Agent Id/ Wf-Initiator.

2. Task properties tab -> Agent Assignment [Red Icon] -> F8 -> General.

Save and Activate,

Hi

from the Task Maintenance

PFTC transaction enter the task and go inside

from the menu Additional Data-> agent Assignment-> maintain

there you can assign the user id/role/position etc

check some SWO* table related to all workflow

like the tables
