when you forward the workitem... whether it will be stored in in workflow?

hi,

when ever there is an action need to be done on WORK ITEM and the current agent is not available then we will forward work items.

For example, you have applied for Leave. your project manager is on leave. So the leave work item will be forwarded to your delivery manager or to some other project manager for Action.
