Work Flow Task Error under work item ID 410252 current status: Error?

Hi,

I successfully created a workflow to display the material. Work flow number is generated and asks the user that would you like to display the material , if yes display the material else send a mail to SAP INBOX u2013 Business Workplace. I have given an existing material number and pressing execution button. Then it is giving error saying that

The error is Task started under work item ID 410252 current status: Error.

Could you please suggest me how to rectify?
