Why Function Can't Active Customer Enhancement

HI.

I face a problem here.

When i use XD01 ro XD02，the enhancement CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA or EXIT_SAPMF02D_001 can be actived.

But if i use funtion to create customer by bapi SD_CUSTOMER_MAINTAIN_ALL，the enhancement can not be actived.

Can anyone help me solve it.
