why can't we use changing parameters in RFC function modules

I think CHANGING parameters can be used in RFC functions. But you must mark each one as "pass by value".

You can use Changing parameters in RFC. There is no such restriction.

So we can use the changing parametrs with checking the pass value.

Then plz tell me is there any other restriction regarding parameters in RFC FM.
