Hi,
Be clear with the question:
Inventory means purchasing the Material from different sources and storing them in the Storage location )godown), it's nothing but STock of your products.. as they are used for different purposes, there will be stock becoming increased and decreased as per the transactions happening w.r.t a particular product.
so they are nothing but the inventory differences.

Hi,
Whenever we are doing a Good's Reciept, we will have inventories in the GR. Now this inventories will be sent for further processing.
Finally, after the inventories are processed, we will be doing the Invoice Reciept for the same reciept.
This difference between the GR and IR values is the inventory difference.
In short, the difference between the inventories which we are sending outside for processing and the inventories which we are receiving after the processing is the inventory difference.

In EKBE table.
If you pass VGABE field as 1, then you get GR values.
If VGABE as 2, you get IR values.
