Webdynpro application URL change

Hi Experts,

I know that the web dynpro application URL is generated automatically by the system.

Now we are going to clone the current server to new server, i assume that after cloning happend the current URL will copy to the new server.

How to change current URL to new system URL. Does it need any transport to refect in other Quality and production envirnments.

AFAIK, Server name is not part of the URL stored in SAP. Hence, change of server name shouldn't impact the webdynpro application. As long as the service is active, the application should start properly.
