I suggest you should search SDN forums first. Questions like these have been answered repeatedly. Are these interview questions?

Anyhow, Performance tuning and Overall system monitoring=> Ask the Netweaver admin forum.

User activity monitoring => "Authorization made easy" book has step-by-step screenshots info about SM18, 19, 20 tcodes.
