A screen modification is needed.

During such a modification you can activate the "Texts" link in the menu.

Just search sap help or this forum regarding screen modifications.

it's seem very simlpe, just to make it black...

This standard screen has some settings done by SAP.

You have to change these standard settings => modification.

I just found the german SAP help; you have to switch it to english.
