VOFM-data transfer - Billing document error

Hi experts,

I have created routine 611 in VOFM-data transfer billing document . The program RV60C611 has been created and activated.

When i click on check error...it triggers error 'report/program statement missing or program type is I( include) '.

How come this error is triggered and how come this routine program RV60C611 is not tied up to another main program..

pls advice..thank you.

Hi,

Kindly check if your new include exists in the main program "RV60CNNN"

When you create a routine it autiomatically inserts a Include in the main program of that specific routine.

Hi ,

IN VOFM data transfer billing documents where you have placed your routine 611 there is a checkbox indicating active or incative .Check whelter that is active or not .

If not goto to menu edit->activate

Hi All,

the program is active and has been included in main program RV60CNNN.

but still if i go back to program RV60C611, still the same error msg is generated.. any idea why this still happends

ok guys ..have solved it on my own..

the activation of the program is late, therefore still triggers the error msg.

now main program recognises the include program and the error msg is not triggered anymore..

Hi,

The error will be displayed as its an Include program. Like any other include program you cannot do a syntax check.

1 Did u activate the routine ?

2. How are u doing this from VTFA / VTFL transaction plz confirm .

If it is from VTFL

did u assign the copuing requirements in the header as well as transfer (item level) by enabing the copying requirements.

please tell ur navigation.
