VL01N Batch Split

Dear All,

I had written my code in MV50AFZ1 to pick up the oldest batch for the material at the time of delivery which is working fine (FIFO Logic)

My problem is that suppose for that material we have 3 batches and the quantity to be delivered is 15 and the batches have the following quantites..

BATCH Quantity Date(Expiry)

8021402 10 01.08.2008

8021403 10 01.09.2008

8021404 05 01.10.2008

While doing the Batch Split during delivery in VL01N , the system picks up the relevant batches but they do not follow the FIFO logic....basically they come in desending order..That is system gives the batch split as follows...

BATCH Quantity Date(Expiry)

8021404 10 01.10.2008

8021403 05 01.09.2008

With FIFO logic the system should have picked up 10 quanties from 8021402 (since it's expiry date is before that of the others) and 5 from 8021403 .

Can we sort it in any way through any BADI?

It is possible through configuration...

If any one needs a proper solution as to how this is done i will send the documentation
