Can u tell me in which database table the table names that were used in the views are stored???

TVDIR stores the tables and views which has table maintainance generator.

We can create table maintainance generator using sm30 TCODE.

If you create table maintainance generator for your table then there will be an entry of your table in TVDIR.

all databse tables are stored in TADIR table and in REPOSRC structure. all views are stored in TRDIR table.
