Version management.

I'm trying to make a remote comparison between two versions of a BSP (one of them in XID and the other in ECD). I'v never done this before and even following all the steps I only get an empty list (even selecting the full text option).

Can anyone tell me what I got wrong?

Steps:

- Open BSP in SE80.

- Utils -> Versions -> Version management

- REMOTE compare

- System dest ECD

- Select the version to be compared by checking the corresponding box

- REMOTE compare

Because I don't get any result, even when selecting the full text option.

Did you select the version in first system before you click on remote comparsion?

If yes,

goto settings and display all and deactive the version comparison.

Did you see anythink now?

Hi,

Just check whether you are selecting the checkbox for the version which you want to compare prior to clicking on remote comparison tab.
