Version check for Table/View entries?

Is there anyway where I can get Transport Number that was used to release particular entry for table/view?

Details:

As you know, V_DDAT_54 view will get new entry when we assign Auth. group to a table and will be captured under a transport number. E071 will get one entry with V_DDAT_54 as object name (It will not have entry that was maintained in the transport).

Now, If I want to check transport number for 'Authorization Group assignment of ZXYZ table', then I need to check (all?) transport numbers in E071 with V_DDAT_54 as object name and go to SE01/09 for entry details.

Regards,

Naveen

One reliable way that I see for now is SCU3 as this view is having change-log enabled. or SM30->View->Utilities->Changelog.

Thanks,

Naveen.

Hi Maveen,

Have you gone to the TCODE STMS?

How can I check transport number for "Selected entry of V_DDAT_54" from STMS?

We have hundreds of entries in V_DDAT_54 view and each entry released with separate transport number (Since years). I want to find transport number for selected entry in V_DDAT_54 view.

Let me know if it is not clear, I will explain this with some sample data.

Regards,

Naveen
