Vendor Master upload using LSMW BAPI method

I tried using the business object LFA1 and Method SAVECHARVALUEREPLICAS.

Is there any other BAPI that can be used to create Vendor master?

Which one is the best way to upload Vendor master through LSMW?

Please suggest.
