I am looking for BAPI or function module.... BAPI_CREATE_VENDOR is not having any import paramters......... is there any other bapi or FM to create vendor

There are NO other bapis/function modules other than: BAPI_VENDOR_CREATE.

I would rather suggest you to go via the LSMW using Batch Input program RFBIKR00 as I have told in my previous reply.
