Dear All,

I need some clarification in VBFA.

Among vbeln and vbelv please let me know which one is the preceeding one and which one subseqent one.

For example if we take sales order and delivery then among vbeln and vbelv of vbfa which is sales doc and deliv doc.

And also please let me know the flow of the doc i.e purchase, sales, deliv, shipping, billing.order of these documents.

thanks in advance.

If you check the data dictionary, you'll see that VBELV is the "Preceding sales and distribution document" and that VBELN is the "Subsequent sales and distribution document".

So, in your example, the preceding document would be the sales order and the subsequent document the delivery.
