Hello,
It seems that data is not maintained correctly in the system because a sales order schedule item cannot be created until it has entry in sales order header or sales order item table. So you need to check whether this is correct test data or not.

Hi Gaurav,
Yes that is true.
But this is because of some userexits is not updaing UPDKZ indicator properly. Buisness is not tested properly when solution is in DEV environment. Now it is in Production having lot of orders with this problem - now i am trying to correct and sync VBAP and VBEP.
Thanks

Have you backed out the changes to the userexits from the production system?

Yes - we have corrected the userexit. How about already created sales orders, atleast it is not allowing to use VA03 Tcode it is stoping at initial screen itself.
I guess we have only way is update directly VBAP table. I know it is not good way of doing but i have no other way.
Thanks
Suresh

I would open an OSS message. They can give you better advice. These are two tables that you don't want to make a mistake with.
If you find that you've dug yourself into a hole, the first thing you have to do is stop digging.
