VAS rules for selecting smartforms from one print program?

Hi,

I have requirement where I have to pick and print one out of three different types of smartforms using the same print program for "Packing List" from transaction "VL02N".

Now fetching of this smnartforms for different customers will be based on customer type. If he is some retail then we need to fetch a different on, if he is a wholesale then different one and if it is a direct customer then again its different.

Now my question is how do I know this customer type.

I thought I will grab some customer type from a table and then select the smartform based on it in print program.

<b>But I was being told that I have to use VAS rules where they will attach forms for different customers with the print program.</b>

<b>Can someone elaborate on this one ? I am new to VAS rules ? How can I go and look in VAS rule configuration ? What table do I need to get VAS condition for a given customer ?</b>
