variant tables

Moderator message: duplicate in the objects forum rejected

Hi PP Experts,

can any one tel about the use of variant tables in Variant configuration and one more thing is how to use that tables and how they effect for the variant configuration

Hi

Variants contain input data for your fields.

When you execute your pgm, instead of manually filling up all the fields , you can specify a variant and it will fill the values for you.

You may want to check the SAP Help for Variant Tables. It explains everything very nicely. It also shows how to use them in different Object Dependecies.
