validate material master for selected storage type

I have a to validate the material master for the selected storage type. Could anyone let me know how this can be achieved.

Hi Rekha,

You have to validate the storage type with the check table T301 only. You can validate the storage type is assignment with the

A physical or logical division of a complex warehouse (warehouse number), distinguished by the warehouse procedures used or its organization form or function.

Hi -

If you have Plant and Storage location go to table T320 and get warehouse humber (LGNUM). Add validate againt T301 with storage type LGTYP (as mentioned above).
