Hi,

Could you please elaborate for which Business Object do you intend to upload data and for which steps do you need assistance?

You can download documentation on LSMW from http://service.sap.com/lsmw. It contains step-by-step procedures for uploading data. Additionally, documentation of BAPIs themselves might also be helpful.
