Hello,
I got a issue regarding..when the user creates an invoice the default output type in it is in error status where as it should not be .
when i checked the settings in that error output, print immediately option is not checked .May i know where can I find this user specifuc setting will be provided?
Other issue is that the user is unable to create PDFs for invoices.THe attachment list is greyed out. May i know these settings also?

Poornima,
Check the DEFAULTS tab in the SU01 transaction. This transaction provides you the User settings.

I have checked the settings in su01 but, the output immediately option is already checked. I didnot find any other option related to the printer

Hi,
What about output device? Is there any thing mentioned over there? Try to give Printer/Fax or what ever it is for which the user has access. If u change the settings these will be effective from next logon onwards.

Hi again..
o/p device is printer..locl
print immediatley option is not checked..may be this created a problem
SAP cover page is in "Do not print"
storage mode is "3 print and archieve"

Then why can't u try changing those settings and check whether problem is because of that or some thing else.
eg: Change the printer to the one having the access and issue the output in different logon.

Hi Poornima,
Check transactions SU01/SU3 for user setting. In defaults tab there is option to specify Output device like printer, fax etc and Check the check box Output immediately.

Hi,
I think you can use the structure ITCPO when working with Scripts or Smartforms.
Try to send the values to this and pass to the FM of rescptive ones.
