The User Menu for a particular User is disabled.

He can only see the SAP Menu.

How to enable the User Menu?

users_ssm is completely blank. no entries.

You can also use the search in SAP Notes ("OSS"). You will find SAP note 380029 very easily.

Hi Gautam,

The best way to do this, is to go back and close all the threads which you have started and then use the <a href="https://forums.sdn.sap.com/search.jspa?threadID=&q=usermenudisabled&objID=f208&dateRange=all&numResults=15&rankBy=10001">search</a> before asking questions which have already been answered.

Hi Gautam,

Check if the table "SSM_CUST" has ALL_USER_MENUS_OFF - YES

then user will not be able to see user menu in their login.

To activate the User Menu, please remove the above entry from table or change its value to ‘blank’ or ‘NO’.
