user id creation

hello experts,

i have created a new user id using SU01 t.code.when i log on to that user id and when i am trying to run SBWP it is giving error as u have no access to run that transaction. do i need to mention any option while creating user ids.

please rectify this.

hi,

You will have to give authorization for this particular user for SBWP Transaction.

Goto the Profiles tab in SU01 transaction to do this.

To find out the authorization profiles needed, goto SU22 transaction and give the transaction code as SBWP.

Dear you have to assist from your basis peoples, they will give access to use this transaction

or

if you own creator, add SAP ALL role for your username, that will help to use all sap transactions.

You have to assign profiles and roles / authorizations to the user created, which you can use in the Roles / profiles tab, while creating the user or in SU01
