User-Exit in ME21

Dear Sir,

We are looking for an User-Exit in ME21n , which can address the following business requirement :

During the PO saving , incase the PO line item has Material Code having a Split Valuation defined ( such cases are identified based upon the Valuation Category in Material-Master) , then User-Exit must throw an error message incase the "Valuation Type" field is empty .

Please guide me , how to address the above requirement .
