Hi all,

Here is my issue.

Whenever user tries to delete a SALES ORDER or ITEM , they should not get deleted and the reason for rejection for the existing item should change and a new line item should be added for the line items which are subjected to deletion , if sales order is subjected for deletion the all the items associated to that sales order should refect the same as i mentioned above(reason for rejection should change , and a sales order should be added)

Help me please its urgent.

Based on your requirement you can write code in any of the following form routines, to handle your scenario.

Also refer OSS Notes # 178328 on how to manipulate XVBAP and YVBAP entries.

you can try with the Include <b>MV45AFZZ</b>, here you can find so many user_exit routines.

i think you can try with <b>USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE </b>

try this and let me know any further queries..
