User Exit for Transaction IW21

Dear experts,

I want to use exit IWOC0003, function module EXIT_SAPLIWO1_004 to automatically create some task based on the functional loc. field with the Notification number created in IW21. I tried to use batch input, but by the time the user exit is called, the notification number has not yet been created.

Is there any way to do what I want?
