Is it possible to assign a constant for forgien key table field

What exactly is your requirement? Instead of having a check table, you want to assign a single value to the field ?
Providing a value range in domain will suffice based on the requirement. If not, then provide the details of your requirement.

<b>Yes</b> ...
when you press the Foerign key relation to the Field ...there will be pop-up in the the last column of the Field of the CHECK TABLE you can have constant value to the Foreign key field of your table .
<b>Basically Constant & Generic are also there in the Types of Foreign Keys .</b>

Hi..
Yes.. It is possible to assign the Constant Value for a Field in Foreign key Relation.
While creating FK Relation in the Popup you can see the Option called Constant where u can assign the constant Value.
When u assign the Constant it will only accept that value.
